The Vagus nerve is the "command center" of your parasympathetic nervous system (Rest & Digest). By gently stimulating the nerve endings in the outer ear, we help your body lock in the benefits of your workout, reduce stress hormones, and ensure you leave the studio feeling grounded and centered.

The Foundation of Movement

Targeted Pilates focusing on full-body integration, upper body posture, or lower body stability.

The Bridge to Calm

As we transition out of movement, we use specific breathing techniques to signal to your brain that the "work" phase is over and shift your body into a state of  relaxation.

The Deep Reset

We conclude every session with Vagal Toning, helping  you leave the studio feeling grounded and centered.
